How far out are you scheduling?

Typically, we can schedule within a week. During our peak months of May-November; it is best to call two to three weeks in advance.

How do I prepare for my windows to be cleaned?

It would be helpful to move items away from your windows; especially knick-knacks. While this is not required, it is greatly appreciated as it saves time and protects your valuables. Additional charges may apply if excessive furniture moving or knick-knack removal is required.

Do I have to be home when you clean my windows?

No. While we enjoy it when our clients are at home; it's not necessary. Arrangements should be made before your window cleaning to ensure we have access to the inside of your home, and for payment.

It's raining, should I reschedule?

We leave this up to our clients discretion. Your appointment will be rescheduled the next available day, which during peak months, may be two to three weeks later.

What makes windows look so dirty after it rains?

Its the dirt that was already on your windows. After your window is cleaned there is no dirt left behind; and therefore rain simply evaporates off your glass. We still work in light rain.

What weather conditions do you not work in?

We do not work in prolonged heavy rain, thunder storms, and we won't perform second story work during high wind advisories or warnings, and temperatures below 32 degrees.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and credit cards.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require notice by 12:00 PM the day prior to your appointment; otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged.

Rain Guarantee

With our deluxe window cleaning package you're protected for up to 2 days following your service, and our premium window cleaning package protects you for up to 5 days! If it rains in the days following your window cleaning service, and you call in that time period, we will return and touch up your affected windows for FREE!
